How to Use Goals for Conversion Tracking#
The Goals feature is an analytics tool that tracks when visitors complete a specific desired action—such as reaching a thank-you page after a purchase—after interacting with your social proof.Understanding the Goals Dashboard#
The main dashboard provides a high-level overview of your tracking performance.You can filter data for specific timeframes to see results from Today, the Last 7 days, or up to the Last 90 days.The table lists key details for every active objective:Goal Name: Your internal label for the objective (e.g., "demo").
Avg Value: The assigned monetary value for a single completion (e.g., $1.00).
URL: The specific destination address that, when reached by a visitor, triggers a successful conversion.
Completed: The total count of successful conversions recorded during your selected timeframe.
Status: An easy toggle to enable or disable tracking for that goal instantly.
How to Create a New Goal#

Open the Dashboard: Select Goals from the Analytics section in your left-hand menu.

Start Setup: Click the purple Create Goal button.
Goal Name: Enter a descriptive title like "Purchase Complete".
Average Goal Value: Assign a monetary value to track your Return on Investment (ROI).
Enter Exact URL: Input the specific destination URL (e.g., https://www.yourdomainname.com/thank-you).

Finalize: Click Create Goal.
Important: The goal URL cannot be changed after it is set. Ensure you enter the correct pattern before saving.
Managing Existing Goals#
Use the Actions column to maintain your tracking setup:Edit (Purple Icon): Update the goal's name or monetary value.
Delete (Red Trash Icon): Permanently remove a goal from your dashboard.
