Checkout.com Integration with TraceNudges

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Checkout Activities: Connect Checkout.com with TraceNudges using a webhook to fetch real-time purchase and payment data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Checkout.com

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from TraceNudges

Navigate to TraceNudges > Integrations.

Search for Checkout and click the Integrate button.

Enter a Connection Name (e.g., "Checkout.com Sales").

Click on the Create button.

Click on the Copy button to copy your unique Webhook URL.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Checkout.com

Click on Settings in the sidebar.

Click on Channels.

Select the specific Channel you want to use.

Click on the New Webhook button.

Paste the copied TraceNudges Webhook URL into the URL field.

Select API-v2.0.

Select the Payment approved event from the list of triggers.

Click on the Create button.

Step 3: Verify and Launch

Perform a test transaction or wait for a live payment.

Visit the TraceNudges Dashboard > Feed page to verify that the data is appearing with "Checkout" as the source.

Note: Ensure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudge > Data Source > Select this Checkout integration).

Important: After making changes, check your website in a private/incognito browser to ensure the nudges are displaying correctly without cache interference.
