How to Enable Live Visits Nudge in TraceNudges

Live Visits notifications show real-time visitor activity on your website, helping build trust and urgency for new visitors.

Step 1: Create a New Live Visits Notification

Go to Live Visits

Click Add Notification

Step 2: Select a Design Template

Choose a design style that matches your website

You can change or customize the design later if needed

Step 3: Customize the Notification Layout

Edit the notification content based on the selected layout

If no customization is done, the default layout will be applied automatically

Step 4: Add Website URL

Enter the website URL where the notification should appear

You can add:

A full website URL

A subdomain

Multiple website URLs to track live visitors across sites

Step 5: Save and Customize

Click Create & Customize to save your notification

This opens advanced customization settings

Design & Content Customization

You can modify notification text and format anytime by navigating to:

Configuration → Design → Text Editor

Here, you can:

Edit message content

Change text formatting

Adjust notification appearance

Click Action Settings

You can define what happens when a visitor clicks the notification:

Redirect to a specific page

Open a custom URL

Disable click action if not required

Notification Controls

Additional options include:

Enable or disable the Verified label

Show or hide the Close (X) icon

Control clickable behavior of the notification

Data & Timing Settings

TraceNudges allows you to fine-tune when notifications appear:

Hide notification if live visitors are below a set number

Show page-specific visitor count

Skip notifications already seen by visitors

Set initial delay time before notification appears

Control visibility duration and lapse time

Display Rules

Use the Display tab to control where notifications appear

Show notifications on specific pages or URLs only

Step 6: Finish Setup

After completing all customization, click Finish to complete the setup

Step 7: Activate Live Visits Notification

Click Yes, Turn It ON

Your Live Visits notification will now start showing based on your settings
