How to Integrate Unbounce with TraceNudges

Integrating TraceNudges with Unbounce allows you to capture lead data from your Unbounce landing pages and display social proof nudges to your visitors in real-time.

Follow these steps to set up the integration:

Step 1: Create the Integration in TraceNudges

Navigate to the Integrations tab.

Find Unbounce in the list of available apps and click on the Connect button.

Enter a name/remark for this integration (e.g., "Main Landing Page") and click Create.

Once created, you will see a unique Webhook URL. Copy this URL to your clipboard.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Unbounce

Navigate to the Integrations tab in the Unbounce page menu.

Click on the Webhooks option and select Add Webhook.

Paste the Webhook URL you copied from TraceNudges into the URL field.

Ensure all form fields are mapped correctly and click Save Changes.

Step 3: Install TraceNudges Pixel Code on Unbounce

To display nudges on your Unbounce pages, you must install the TraceNudges pixel.

In your TraceNudges dashboard, click on the Install Pixel button.

Copy the unique pixel script tag.

Go back to Unbounce and navigate to Settings > Script Manager.

Click Add your first script, select Custom Script, and set the placement to Head.

Paste your TraceNudges pixel code and click Save and Publish Script.

Step 4: Verify and Launch Nudges

Visit your Unbounce landing page and perform a test form submission.

Return to the TraceNudges dashboard and check the Data Log to ensure the submission was captured.

Navigate to the Nudges section to design and activate your social proof nudges.

Once activated, your visitors will begin seeing real-time nudges on your Unbounce pages!

Please test by submitting a form or making a test purchase and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for the nudges (Customize Nudges > Data-source > Select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
