How to connect Tracenudges with Zoho Forms?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Form Submissions: Connect Zoho Forms with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time lead data, new sign-ups, and user engagement details.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Zoho Forms

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for Zoho Forms and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter your Connection Name.

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Zoho Forms

Edit the specific form you want to track.

Click on Settings in the top menu.

Navigate to Integrations in the left sidebar and select Webhooks.

Toggle the switch to Enable the webhook.

Webhook URL: Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.

Content Type: Select application/json.

Payload Parameters: You need to map the fields you want to send. Add the following parameters (adjusting the right-side values to match your specific form fields):

Parameter Name	Parameter Value (Select from your form fields)
e	Email
fn	Full name - First
ln	Full name - Last
ct	Address - City
st	Address - State/Region/Province
cn	Address - Country
i	IP Address

Click Save.

Historical Data:
Once the integration is active, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data from your form submissions.

Done.

Please test by submitting a new entry in your Zoho Form and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for the nudges (Customize Nudge > Data-source > Select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
