How to connect Tracenudges with Salesmate?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Lead & Sales Activities: Connect Salesmate with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time lead, contact, and deal updates.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Salesmate

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for Salesmate and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter a Connection Name.

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Salesmate

Click on your profile logo (top right) and select Setup from the dropdown menu.

Under the Automation section, click on Workflow Automation.

Click on the + New Rule button.

Module: Select Contact (or Deal/Activity depending on what you want to track).

Rule Name: Enter a name for your rule (e.g., "Tracenudges Contact Sync").

Click Next.

Execute On: Select Create (to capture new contacts).

Click Next.

Rule Criteria: Set your conditions. For example, select First Name -> Is Not Empty to ensure valid contacts are sent.

Click Next.

Add Webhook Action:

Under the Actions section, find Call Webhook and click Add.

Method: Select POST.

URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.

Body: Select Raw and then JSON (application/json).

JSON Body: Copy and paste the following code into the body field:

Click Save.

Historical Data:
Once the integration is live, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data from Salesmate.

Done.

Please test by creating a new contact in Salesmate and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for the nudges (Customize Nudges > Data-source > Select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
