How to connect Tracenudges with noCRM?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Lead Activities: Connect noCRM with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time lead creation and status update data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect noCRM

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for noCRM and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter your Connection Name.

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in noCRM

Hover over the settings icon (wrench) and select Admin Panel.

Under the Connect section (or Integrations), click on Webhooks and API.

Create an API Key (if needed):

Select the API Keys tab.

Click Create an API Key.

Enter a name and description, then click Save.

Create a Webhook:

Switch to the Webhooks tab.

Click on the Create a Webhook button.

3.  **Event:** Select the event you want to track (e.g., `lead.creation`).
4.  **URL:** Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.
5.  **API Key:** Select the API key you created earlier from the dropdown.
6.  Click on the **Save** button.

Historical Data:
Once the integration is active, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data from noCRM.

Done.

Please test by creating a new lead in noCRM and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for the nudge (Customize Nudge > Data-source > Select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
