Navigate to the Setup tab (often represented by a gear icon).
Click on Integrations in the left sidebar.
Select the Webhooks tab.
Click on the Add Webhook button.
Fill in the webhook details:

Name: Enter a name for the webhook (e.g., "Tracenudges").
2.
Event: Select Response Added (or the specific event you want to track).
3.
Target URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.
4.
Survey: Select the specific survey you want to pull data from.
5.
JSON Format:Important: Check the box for Simplified JSON. This ensures the data is sent in a format Tracenudges can easily read.
Click on the Add (or Create) button.
Historical Data: Once the integration is active, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data from your feedback forms.Done.Please test by submitting a new response to your Zonka survey and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
