Inside the Nudges section (or scrolling down the integrations list), find the Webhooks box and click on it.

Select Event: Choose New Message (or "Call Scheduled" / "Call Completed" depending on what you want to track).

Webhook URL: Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.

Click on the Create Webhook button.
Done.Please test by scheduling a test call or message in Novocall and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your notification (Go to Customize Notification > Data-source and select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
