Capturing Form Submissions: Connect Gravity Forms with TraceNudges using a webhook to fetch real-time lead data and conversions from your WordPress forms.
Ensure you have the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On installed and activated (available with Elite/Pro licenses).
Navigate to Forms and select the specific form you want to track.
Hover over Settings in the top menu and select Webhooks.
Click the Add New button to create a new feed.
Name: Enter a name for the webhook (e.g., "TraceNudges Integration").
Request URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from TraceNudges in Step 1.
Request Method: Select POST.
Request Format: Select JSON.
Request Body: You can typically leave this as "All Fields" to send all form data, or select "Select Fields" to map specific data points (Name, Email, City) to send to TraceNudges.
Click Update Settings (or Save Settings).
Historical Data: Once the integration is active, TraceNudges will start receiving real-time data from your form submissions.Done.Please test by submitting a new entry in your Gravity Form and visiting the TraceNudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
