How to Connect Canny with TraceNudges

Integrate Canny with TraceNudges to display real-time feedback and activity notifications on your website.

Step 1: Open the Canny Integration

Navigate to Integrations.

Search for Canny.

Click the Connect button.

Open Settings.

Go to API & Webhooks under the Integrations section.

Copy your API Key.

Return to the Canny integration popup in TraceNudges.

Paste the copied API Key into the API Key field.

Click the Create button.

Copy the generated Webhook URL from TraceNudges.

Go back to the API & Webhooks page in Canny.

Paste the Webhook URL into the webhook field.

Click the Add button.

Your Canny account is now connected successfully. New activities and feedback events from Canny will start syncing automatically with TraceNudges.
