How to connect Tracenudges with GetResponse?
This guide will walk you through:
- Display Notifications: Add the Tracenudges pixel code to your GetResponse pages.
- Capturing Sales & Lead Activities: Connect GetResponse with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time sales & lead data.
Part 1: Install Tracenudges Pixel Code to GetResponse Pages
Step 1: Get your Tracenudges pixel code
- Log in to your Tracenudges account.
- Navigate to the Install Pixel page.
- Copy your Pixel Code.

Step 2: Add the Pixel Code to the GetResponse pages
- Go to your GetResponse account.
- Navigate to Menu > Landing pages.
- Select Edit page from the Actions menu next to the page you want to track.
- Double-click the Custom code </> icon (usually at the bottom right).
- Paste your Tracenudges pixel code into the box.
- Save the changes or Publish the landing page.

Step 3: Verify Installation
- Go back to your Tracenudges pixel page.
- Click on Verify Pixel Installation to check if the pixel is active.
- If installed correctly, you will see a "Pixel Active" success message.
Note: This pixel script tag is required on every page wherever you want to track visitor activities, capture form submit events & display notifications.
Part 2: Add a Webhook to GetResponse to Receive Sales & Lead Data
Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges
- Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.
- Search for GetResponse and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.
- Enter your Connection Name.
- Click Create to generate a Webhook URL.
- Copy the generated Webhook URL.

- Log in to your GetResponse Dashboard.
- Click on the Menu (header, left-hand side) and select Integrations and API.
- Click on the Webhooks (or Callback) tab.

- Click on the Create Webhook (or Callback) button.
- Enable the status toggle if applicable.
- Under "Which notifications would you like to receive?", check the box for Subscribes (for leads) or other relevant events like Sales or Opens.
- Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges into the callback URL field.
- Click on the Save button.
Done.
Please test by adding a new subscriber or simulating a sale in GetResponse and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.
Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your notification (Go to Customize Notification > Data-source and select this integration).
Important:
After making changes, check your notification in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
