How to connect Tracenudges with Recurly?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Subscription Activities: Connect Recurly with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time subscription and payment data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Recurly

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for Recurly and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter a Connection Name (e.g., "Premium Subscriptions").

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Recurly

In the sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Webhooks.

Click on the Configure a new endpoint button (or "New Endpoint").

Endpoint Name: Enter a name for your reference (e.g., "Tracenudges Integration").

Endpoint URL: Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.

Notification Types: Tracenudges uses specific events to trigger notifications. Ensure you have the relevant events checked (e.g., new_subscription_notification for new signups or paid_charge_invoice_notification for payments).

Click on the Save Changes button.

Historical Data:
Once connected, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time updates.

Done.

Please test by simulating a new subscription or payment in Recurly and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your notification (Go to Customize Notification > Data-source and select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your notification in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
