Search for Crisp and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.
Enter a Connection Name (e.g., "Crisp Chat Data").
Click on the Create button.
Tracenudges will generate a unique Webhook URL. Click the Copy button to save it to your clipboard.
Step 2: Configure Webhook in Crisp
Log in to your Crisp dashboard.
Click on the Settings icon (cogwheel) in the menu.
Click on Website Settings.
Select the website you want to connect and click on Settings.
Scroll down or navigate to Advanced Configuration within the settings page.
Click on the Add a Webhook button.

Name For the Hook: Enter a name (e.g., "Tracenudges Integration").

Webhook URL: Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.

Ensure the toggle is set to Enabled or Active.

Click Done or Save.
Done.Please test the integration by starting a new conversation or simulating a lead event in your Crisp chat. Then, visit the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page.
