In the sidebar menu, navigate to Settings > Mail Settings.
Scroll down to Event Settings and find Event Webhook.
Click Edit (or click on the setting to expand it).
Authentication Method: Select None.
HTTP Post URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges.
Events to Track: Select Delivered (or any other events you wish to track like "Opens" or "Clicks").
Event Webhook Status: Switch the toggle to Enabled.
Click on the Save button.
Historical Data: Once connected, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data.Done.Please test by sending a test email or simulating an event in SendGrid and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
