Go back to the Apps and Integrations page in OnePageCRM.
Scroll to the Utilities section and click on Webhooks.
Click on the Install (or Add Webhook) button.
Webhook Name: Enter a name for your reference (e.g., "Tracenudges").
Webhook URL: Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 2.
Data Format: Select JSON from the dropdown menu.
Click Save.
Historical Data: Once the API connection is established in Part 1, Tracenudges will automatically fetch the last 30 entries to populate your nudges immediately.Done.Please test by creating a new contact or deal in OnePageCRM and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
