Event: Select chat start (or whichever event you wish to track, such as "chat ended" or "queued visitor").
Data Type: Check the box for visitor to capture user details.
Target URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.
Click on the Add a webhook button to save.
Historical Data: Once connected, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data from your LiveChat interactions.Done.Please test by starting a new chat on your website and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for the nudges (Customize Nudges > Data-source > Select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
