How to connect Tracenudges with Emojics?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Feedback Activities: Connect Emojics with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time user feedback, reactions, and engagement data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Emojics

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for Emojics and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter the Name of the connection.

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Emojics

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.

Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges into the provided field.

Click on the Save button.

Historical Data:
Once connected, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data from your Emojics feedback reactions.

Done.

Please test by submitting a reaction or feedback in Emojics and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for the nudges (Customize Nudges > Data-source > Select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
