Capturing Lead Activities: Connect Agile CRM with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time lead data.
Add Webhook Integration to Connect Agile CRMStep 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges
Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.
Search for Agile CRM and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.
Enter a Connection Name (e.g., "Agile Leads").
Leave this popup open for now; we need to get information from Agile CRM.
Login to Agile CRM to get your API Details:

Log in to your Agile CRM account.
2.
Click on your profile logo/avatar inside the dashboard.
3.
Select Admin Settings.
4.
Click on Developers & API in the sidebar.
5.
Copy the REST API Key.
6.
Paste the key into the API Key field in the Tracenudges Agile CRM popup.
7.
Copy your Agile CRM Sub-domain (the part before .agilecrm.com in your browser URL).
8.
Paste it into the Agile CRM Sub-Domain field in the Tracenudges popup.
9.
Enter your Agile CRM login email into the Agile CRM Email field.
10.
Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.
Step 2: Configure Webhook in Agile CRM#
Go back to your Agile CRM dashboard.
Navigate to Admin Settings > Developers & API.
Locate the Webhooks or Event Subscription section (or paste the URL where applicable for contact events).
Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges.
Select the Contact event (or the specific event you want to track, like "Contact Created").
Click on the Save button.
Historical Data: The last 30 entries from the API key will be fetched automatically once you provide the correct details. This enables you to start displaying existing data in the nudges immediately.Done.Please test by adding new data in Agile CRM and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your Nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your Nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
