How to connect Tracenudges with SendPulse?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Lead Activities: Connect SendPulse with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time subscriber and lead data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect SendPulse

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for SendPulse and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter a Connection Name (e.g., "SendPulse Subscribers").

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in SendPulse

Click on your profile logo in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.

Navigate to the API tab.

Scroll down to the Email service webhooks section and click on Create webhook.

URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges in Step 1.

Event: Select New subscriber (or any other event you wish to track, such as "Delivered").

Click on the Save button.

Historical Data:
Once the integration is active, Tracenudges will start receiving data for new events in real-time.

Done.

Please test by adding a new subscriber to your SendPulse list and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
