How to connect Tracenudges with Outgrow?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Lead Activities: Connect Outgrow with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time lead and engagement data from your calculators, quizzes, and forms.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Outgrow

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for Outgrow and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter the Name of your connection.

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Outgrow

Click on the specific content piece you want to track (e.g., Numerical Calculator, Outcome Quiz, Form / Survey).

Navigate to the Configure tab at the top.

In the left-side panel, click on Integrations.

Select the Webhooks option.

Webhook URL: Paste the URL you copied from Tracenudges into this field.

Notify on: Enable the Lead option (toggle to "On") to send data when a lead is captured.

Click on the Send Test JSON & Save button.

Historical Data:
Once connected, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time updates.

Done.

Please test by submitting a lead in your Outgrow content and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
