Log in to your Freshsales (Freshworks CRM) dashboard.
Click on Settings (often represented by a gear icon) in the left sidebar.
Under the Automation section, click on Workflows.
Create a new workflow:
1.
Enter the Name of your workflow.
2.
Select the module (e.g., Contact, Deal) you want to track.
3.
Define the execution conditions (e.g., "When a record is created").
Under the section "What action(s) should be performed?", click on Add action.
Select Trigger Webhooks.
Configure the webhook settings:
1.
Request Type: Select POST.
2.
Callback URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges.
3.
Encoding: Select JSON.
4.
Content Type: Select Simple.
5.
Data to Send: Check the boxes for the fields you want to capture (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, City, State, Country).
Click on the Save button to activate the workflow.
Historical Data: Once the integration is live, Tracenudges will start receiving real-time data from Freshsales.Done.Please test by creating a new lead or contact in Freshsales and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.Note: Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your nudges (Go to Customize Nudges > Data-source and select this integration).Important: After making changes, check your nudges in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.Need Help?
