How to connect Tracenudges with Typeform?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Lead Activities: Connect Typeform with Tracenudges using a webhook to fetch real-time form submission data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Typeform

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from Tracenudges

Go to Tracenudges > Integrations.

Search for Typeform and click on the Integrate button inside the integration box.

Enter the Name of the Connection (e.g., "Main Survey Leads").

Leave this popup open for now; we need to get information from Typeform.

Login to Typeform to get your Details:

Open the form you want to connect in Typeform.

Copy the Form ID from the URL (it is the code after /to/ in the URL, e.g., https://admin.typeform.com/form/xYz123).

Paste this ID into the Form ID field in the Tracenudges Typeform popup.

In Typeform, click on your profile avatar (top right corner) and select Settings.

Click on Personal tokens in the left menu.

Click on Generate a new token.

Token Name: Enter a name for your token (e.g., "Tracenudges Integration").

Scopes: Select Custom scope (or ensure the token has sufficient permissions).

Under Responses, make sure Read permission is checked.

Click on Generate Token.

Copy the generated Personal Access Token.

Paste it into the Personal tokens field in the Tracenudges Typeform popup.

Click on the Create button.

Tracenudges will generate a Webhook URL. Click the Copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Typeform

Go back to your form in the Typeform Connect tab.

Click on Webhooks.

Click on Add a webhook.

Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Tracenudges.

Click on Save webhook.

Ensure the Webhook toggle is switched to On.

Historical Data:
The last 30 entries from the API key will be fetched automatically once you provide the correct details. This enables you to start displaying existing data in the notifications immediately.

Done.

Please test by submitting a form and visiting the Tracenudges – Dashboard Data page. Here, you can see all the captured/received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as the data source for your notification (Go to Customize Notification > Data-source and select this integration).

Important:
After making changes, check your notification in a private/incognito browser window to avoid cache issues.
